* MERRY *

Hello! My name es Merry.. yes, that’s right MERRY as in Merry Christmas! So get it right.. tired of people spelling it Mary that is not my name :P for you that don’t know yet, I'm a New Years baby.. That’s right… first of the year honey. Was born in the Philippines but I’ve spent most of my life in Japan due to my dad being in the US Navy. And YES, I’m Asian! That seemed to surprise some people, I’m a full blooded Filipino, and yes I do have my fob moments! Haha! Thus, being like most Asians, I’m a short 5’2” tall ; (if that even makes sense.. haha) I’ve dark brown hair that I can’t seem to make up my mind about what to do with it. But right now.. there are red highlights in it.. that need to be redone 'cause its already faded :( Brown eyes and you won’t usually see them brown because I wear grey or blue contacts (uh huh, they’re prescription contacts, I’m so blind without them) Just like most people, I’ve wants, dreams, fears and weaknesses… but I wont dwell on that too much... at least not at the moment.. i do tend to go off into my own littel world every now and then. especially when i start thinking about things...like... But anyways! First thought when waking up.. hm.. there does seem to be one that always linger in my mind, but that’s for me to know…and well.. for you NOT to know sorry :P My best physical feature? Oh please, no idea… but if I were to take a guess... Um... My legs? Kris seems to be enthralled by them. Haha! A bedtime? Please! I fall asleep when I fall asleep.. no specific time for me.. but lately it had to be earlier then usual since I have to be up early in the morning now with the kids going to school and me working. Gawds, such typical questions that always pop up, yes, I’ve been in love, and can’t really ask me if I want to get married since I AM married. I don’t think I’ve fallen under peer pressure much in my school years because I don’t smoke, and truthfully, I don’t approve of it, never have, never will. But hey, everyone makes their own choice, but I will try to talk you out of it if I can. Not much of a drinker either. Even though I turned 21 a while back, I’m still not much into drinking... Every now and then I’ll have a pina colada or a Miami vice (lava flow). [damn survey is all jumbled no kind order to it] I’m one of those people that like to eat, I may complain about my weight or how I look sometimes, but that doesn’t stop me from eating the foods I like. I’ve always been a chocolate lover but haven’t really been much of it lately… not quite sure why.. but I may have lost my taste for anything too sweet since I was carrying Kourista. She took away my taste for sweets [OH NO!] but I’m all for steak and seafood.. especially seafood, I simply love it. I can’t imagine being one of those people that are allergic to shellfish or something… they don’t know what they’re missing out on! Strawberries! [and WHIP CREAM! Haha!] Simply can't go wrong with strawberrie, also, I like oranges, and tiny japanese grapes, and some other fruit I can't seem to think of atm. I like watching movies, really I do, though I might not have time for it, I really do. Best ones to take me to are horror/thriller ones… or even a comedy, a romantic comedy preferably. I’m also down for a good action/martial arts movie too… so can’t leave that out. Don’t get me wrong, I love being in the water, going to the beach or the pool, but if you were to push me off the deep end.. honey, you’d have to jump in after me, ‘cause there is no way I’d make it back to the surface!! Haha! No, seriously, I can swim adequately, but I can’t thread water to save my life. Omg, and that goes for singing too.. haha! I like to sing along to one of my favorite songs when I’m alone or driving, but I can’t carry a tune to save my life [once again] so please, don’t ask me to sing in public or anything.. dancing I can do..but singing.. big fat N-O.
I'm a young mom of two, my precious loves.. Angelo 4 and Kourista, 3. oh how time flies... seems like yesterday they were still babies!! oh how i miss it when all they'd do is eat and sleep!! they're both in preschool now... this is Angelo's last year with them though, 'cause by next school year he will be going into kindergarden ; ; they're growing so fast!! pretty soon they'll be off to college [i hope!] and my house will have no more sounds of kids running around and screaming ahhhh! but i've still a few years to go... so gotta make the best of it all.
Those of you that know me in person know i love to dance.. dancing has always been a part of my life, but thats been put off so long now.. i don't know if i remember how! haha.. no seriously i miss dancing, i miss the rush of being on stage.. its been so long.. well kathy and i did hula a couple of times.. but i miss the long practices, the stage, the costumes and just having fun learning a new dance!! *cries* but its all good.
i come from a family of five. There my Dad, Mom, myself and two younger brothers, Mark and Marcus. For a long time is was just my parents and i, but when i was about five, we were living in misawa, jp. at the time my mom had my first brother Mark... he was a fat little baby.. and so white too! i should look for pictures and post them up here.. wonder what he'd say haha!! ok..more about my family later...
