I'm not much into the TV - if it's on i'm usually tuned into CNN Headline News, A&E, Court TV (twisted, i know), The History Channel, TLC and the like.... no sitcoms or serials for me, with the exception of Nip/Tuck (a very guilty pleasure), CSI, and DIRT.
I do also have a fondness for re-runs of Bewitched & I Dream of Jeannie :)
For the most part, i would much rather just watch my fur children, they are much more exciting, interactive & down right funny!!!!
"The best service of books is that they set us free from themselves also. We read a line, a word, that lifts us; we rise into a succession of thoughts that is better than the book." Emerson
"If we are imprisoned in ourselves, books provide us with the means of escape. If we have run too far away from ourselves, books show us the way back." H. Jackson
