Born in Belarus and immigrated to the USA in 1990. Although at this point I am pretty much Americanized, I’m very proud of my Russian culture and it’s an important aspect in my life. I consider my self, fun loving, open-minded and opinionated. I’m a constantly changing, learning and growing woman with big desires and ideas. Cynical at times, or so I’ve been told, but I like to think of it more like being rational. Every day I’m surprised by how many dim-witted people I encounter and yet the world still manages to go on. Yes, I am selfish, but only because I’ve learned that if you’re not, people will stomp all over you and take advantage of your every weakness when given the opportunity. I have never regretted anything I’ve ever done, no matter how dumb, as I’ve learned and grown from every experience. On any given day I would much rather help an animal than a human being.
I’m happily married to the most wonderful man. He has looks, brains, and the drive to make things happen. He can fix anything and he’s a charmer. Not to mention he is a badass DJ. No kids yet, but we do have an American Pit Bull Terrier named Pimp, and he is very much like having a kid, at least for us.
I don’t care what people think, but I still love my designer handbags and looking good is important to ME. Superficial people, the ones “na pontah†(you know who you are) make me ill. Why the hell would you want to buy a $80,000 car when you can barely pay for the shitty home you live in and you are already $50K in debt? That just gives off the impression that your are an idiot not that you are rich. Get a BRAIN!
I totally admire my parents. They are hardworking and driven and have always strived to provide me with only the best (like all parents should, but don’t). No matter how difficult times have been when I was growing up (and it has been more hard than not) I’ve never felt deprived of anything (even when I didn’t have much) and I always felt loved.
