[email protected], I'm Bodhi Val, and I teach at The Karma Garage, an offbeat studio of golden hues and exotic beats, where you can enjoy a vigorous dance of flowing vinyasa yoga, intermingled with thai yoga massage, and supported by Buddhist mindfulness meditation. As a physical therapist, I bring a strong sense of therapeutic touch and body work to the mat. As a Buddhist-minded being, I bring metta - the spirit of loving-kindness.Thanks for checking out my space.
