I built this studio with the ideal of having a safe-haven for creativity. I knew it needed to be relaxed and feel like home, but also be set up to capture a hi-fidelity of sound. Being a songwriter myself, the mood needed to be just right: neutral, but alive. I feel it was a success, and so do all of the other artists that I've been privelaged to work with.
I am experienced in an array of music and audio. In the studio I've had bands who range from Indie to Rock to Funk to Jam to Blues to Hardcore. There have been Folk singer/songwriters, Hip Hop groups, Christian artists, A Cappella groups, and actor's doing Voice-Over work.
Also, if you're not in the area, I'm available for mixing sessions. You send a disk with the tracks, I mix, send you MP3's of the progress, and vwalla!

***I'm happy to announce that DGS is now settled in the beautiful hills of TN, and we're up and running.
The new drum room is amazing, 30ft Cathedral ceiling. We've been tracking drums in here and, well, wow...
***The "LIVE @ MOJO 13" Compilation is just about finished. All that needs to be done is to find the perfect sequence. Since we're talking about 18 different bands ranging anywhere from bluegrass to heavy metal, this is no easy task!
*** Will Webb has begun tracking for his follow up to 2004's "Room to Room". So far, all the fundamentals have been recorded.
*** Brett Ryan Stewart (yep, that's me) is enjoying success and rave reviews for his debut "Necessary Lies"
