Influences: Musical Influence, for me began with my parents. Both from the blues delta, they experienced the evolution of black music first hand. My mother meeting and listening to blues singers throughout the south, such as B.B.King, ZZ Hill, etc.
I recall distinctly through out my childhood hearing soul music in our house.,like
James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Junior Walker& the all stars, Sam Cook, Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Wilson Picket, Betty Wright,etc.
