[email protected] Rodrequez M. Dover, PhD; a native of South Carolina where he was cultured and educated. Born Rodrequez M. Dover the first of nine children to his dad Ricky B. McCrorey and the second son out of three to his mother Wanda M. Dover. Apostle Dover was reared by who I know to be my beloved Grandfather James O. Harris and his mother and sister all being holy ghost fill. The three people that reared him was to symbolic to the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Apostle Dover was filled with the Holy Ghost at a young age of six under the Ministry of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church under the evangelististic leadership of Pastor Abate (Richburg, SC).Apostle Dover was confirmed a Prophet of God at the age of twelve under the leadership of the Pastor W.J. Baxter of the Loving Charity Baptist Church (Richburg, SC). Between the age of seventeen and twenty; it was evident by the plethora of demonic attacks assigned to Chief-Apostle R.M. Dover’s life that he was destined for Kingdom Building Assignment.
At the age of eighteen, Apostle Dover Relocated to Lancaster, SC to embrace his destiny. Serving under the umbrella of the Honorable Chief-Apostle Jerome Henderson and Apostle elect Joyce Harris (New York, NY) Prophet learned the meaning of covenant and acquiesced to a commitment to God that would lead him to the next level of education for purpose. This was acquired through years of servitude to Honorable Chief-Apostle Jerome Henderson. It was here that Apostle Dover answered his call to the Pastorate.
On April 24, 2005 in Lancaster, SC with twelve members ( of which two serve in the Pastoral ministry with the New Hope Apostolic Church ), he birthed Shining Light Ministry Inc.
