Javier Querolt

Biography
Víctor J. Calvo (aka Javier Querolt) was born in Vigo (Spain) in year 1985. His passion for music started in 2001 when he began clubbing and buying electronic music compilations. In High School he met David Seijo, and he started working in a radio show with him. At first Victor didn't want to be a dj, he simply loved working on the radio, but 'cause the persistance of David Seijo, he realized that he must be a dj. He began with a progressive-trance style, but in a few months he discovered the power of hardcore music. In 2003 he returned to progressive, but with an incredible hardcore touch... Hardstyle was perfect for him. He wants to combine many different styles in his mixes: from trance to techno, from hardstyle to hardcore... He even like to start his sessions with house music! Since that year (now he is studying in the University of Vigo), he have played in some local clubs (always with his dj partner David Seijo) like Dominus (Vigo), Metropol (Tui) or Spectra (Vigo) with djs like Miguel Angel Roca or Lady B. As a producer, Javier Querolt is working in a few projects in hardstyle and techno music. In 2007, he was 6th in a remix contest for Blutonium Boy track Dark Angel, and got his work released in a vinyl with a remix of that track by Yoji Biomehanika. But he wants more!
