V.E.C. started out as four young rappers from Akron, Ohio who decided to get serious about their music careers. Banging out hit after hit, gaining notable exposure, airplay and growing an enormous fan base. V.E.C. then had a run-away hit with the city anthem called "A.K. Rowdy" and they were on their way to the top when the unthinkable happen. The group broke up! The Reason why was unclear. Some say it was jealousy amongst one of the group members, others say it was because of outside interferences that corrupted one of the members, but never the less it ended. With three of the members leaving and going their own ways.
Once a clique of four, V.E.C. now continues with only one surviving member. Abandoned by his group, he was not supposed to win, but he does. Again and again, he overcomes the roadblocks and challenges put in his way. V.E.C. is currently in the studio recording his next album to hit stores in Spring of 08’. Ready to take over the rap game, this is his time. Come along for the ride or get ran over!
