He began to write and sing songs at the early age of 12. God has deposited many other gifts into his life such as writing poems and plays. He has been saved over 30 years and has worked in the ministry 29 years. Ordained at the age of 25, Charles began to work with church leadership. He worked as an assistant pastor and a few years later as a co pastor. God blessed Elder Williams to start a church and pastor it for 7 years. God has annointed, called and used this man of God in the following offices: Pastor, Teacher, Evangelist and Prophet. He has also been involved in Apostolic work by helping to start 4 churches. In 1998 God connected Elder Williams to his old time friend and his wife. These two annointed vessels were Pastors Edward and Dora Hill. He began to assist them in their church ministry by leading praise and worship. This was a new ministry for him. He had been known more for preaching Gods' word rather than singing his praises. There was an immediate release of the presence of God everytime he ministered before the congregation. God continued to elevate and annoint him in praise and worship. His worship ministry exploded when God began to give him prophetic songs in the middle of the church service. He was also promoted to be the assistant pastor of his church. The congregation began to recognize this ministry gift as a tremendous blessing to the body of Christ. He has been involved in various community choirs as well as local church choirs. He is presently a partner and psalmist of the Victory To Glory Ministries International. This ministry travels around the world changing lives and letting the world know that the devil is defeated and Jesus is Lord. The mandate that God has given him is to help bring revival to the Body of Christ. This will be accomplished by him singing and writing songs that causes a change in the atmosphere and the believer then create a movement. He is called to lead the Church into the presence of God and point them to their destiny by awakening them to their identity. He is currently preparing to release his first cd. He is truly a pioneer in the praise and worship ministry. He is married to a truly wonderful wife and has 7 children.
