About Me

Just remember - Drugs feel good, because they're made to feel good. No one can stop you from doing them. It's a catch 22, if you don't like it, then what's the point of doing it in the first place. If you do like it, which is a big possibility, you're gonna want to do it again - that's where it really starts doing the damage; The hard ones take a toll on your brain, so make sure you don't mess it up too much. Crystal Meth, Heroin, and Crack move pretty fast on your body. Drinking and smoking works your system too, but in moderation you can handle it.
Read food labels! High Fructose Corn Syrup (in soda and plenty of other products) and Trans fats ( partially hydrogenated oils) are some of the worst things we eat. I try to avoid em a little. Fast food has all this stuff, but it's ohhh so yummy sometimes. mmmmm "In & Out burger."
Try to drink a few glasses of water a day and eat SOME fruits and vegetables during the week at least - if not every day? Just a little? Kiwi anyone?
Don't sunbath too much - even if you're young with perfect skin - you're going to pay with a buncha anti wrinkle cream later (and there's always the skin cancer thing.)
Floss once in a while. I like 3 4 times a week.
Kids are cute, but MAKE SURE YOU'RE READY TO HAVE'EM. Don't let one dumb moment change your future.
If you are only getting a few groceries from the store, maybe ask them to just hold on to the bag so you don't have to throw it away at home. I like taking a bag with me...it's a little lame, but eh, so am I.
Conserve your water! We're always in a water crisis and there are lots of good habits we can start. So turn off that faucet when you're brushing your teeth!
Hey, if you actually own a home, try the solar panel thing - AND - even one square foot of grass you have instead of concrete also helps fight global warming. There are plenty of other ways to modify your home or change your lifestyle a tiny bit that can help out a lot.
Stretch. Get a little exercise. Hey ride a bike, it saves gas too. But I'll admit I don't practice what I preach sometimes, I need a bike first.
If you have a choice to buy something from a mom n' pop store or a giant conglomerate, sometimes choose the mom n' pop - But hey it's usually cheaper at the latter - and we're not all rich - so choose wisely. And while we're on the subject, don't spend all your money on dumb junk - money isn't everything and it's nice to treat yourself sometimes, but living paycheck to paycheck is pretty lame.
PUT A SMILE ON A STRANGER'S FACE TODAY! it's contagious.
Have fun! Party! Dance! or learn to dance - even if you're the worst ever, do it anyway.
Take a crazy risk this month.
Being shy sucks, it takes time to get past...a long time for some, I know.
Be Yourself...Good luck
