Eien

Eien was formed in 2000 by two good friends, Michael (vocals/keys) and Timos (guitars).

In 2001, a two-track demo was recorded which included the songs “Requiem” and “Pariah”.

After many changes in the line-up and other setbacks, the two founding members decided to proceed recording their fist complete work on their own. During the recording procedure, a new member, Orestis, joined the band as a guitarist but also played the bass for the needs of the sessions. Unfortunately the position of the drummer remained vacant.

With the help of George Priniotakis (owner of the Artracks Studios), Eien decided to employ technology for the drums used on the Promo CD “Vacant Expressions”.

Eien’s sound is a blend of many different influences from both the rock and metal genres and are trying to establish their own identity.

Currently, the band is working on new material while also looking for a promising record deal.
