If we would try to write down all the line-up problems and try-outs this band has had before we reached this point, you would be bored to death. Let’s just state that Press For Go had some problems with finding the right members with the same ideals and aspirations.
The core line-up of the band right now have been jamming and busting songs since the summer of 2006. Although the second guitarist hadn’t been a stable factor in the band for a long time, Press For Go developed, within half a year, into a band which combined the rich musical background of all members into a fast, melodic, energetic and raw mixture of Hardcore and Punk rock that can be described as early Good Riddance meets With Honor.
The first demo “As Much As We’d Like To Believe…†was recorded in the beginning of 2007 and mixed totally DIY. Right now, Press For Go is been working hard on a new sound which will combine adrenaline, melody and energetic tensions. Think in the line of Verse, Have Heart, Modern Life is War. Besides writing new material we are trying to play as much as we can and are always looking for a stage.
