About Me

solo bassist jared lees has been honing his skills for the last ten years(studying with victor wooten, chuck rainey, and steve bailey) and is about to release his first album. with many musical influences jared combines solo bass music and pop music in new and exciting ways. accompanied by his wife emily, the music draws from victor wooten, fiona apple, ricard bona and stevie wonder. look for jared live, either solo or with his band in an area near you. for more recordings check out emily, jeff, and dropsoma's pages.
