I work in the dark arts scene & electronic culture, spanning everything from aphotic industrial clubs to colossal electronic gatherings. My stage performances extend over 10 years now with attributes such as costuming, gogo dancing, performance/shock art, fetish/bondage, burlesque, & now i dabble in stilt walking, using fire fans, & poi.
I travel the USA & the world performing various events. Im a national dancer for djs like baby anne & dj monk working events such as the WMC in miami, party monster in LA, & the zoolu parties in neworleans. i have experience organizing dance troops & currently have a residency at club vinyl in denver.
The rest of my spare time is consumed with hand creating my clothing & costume oddities. Im a creative soul that would perish without the ability to live in my art. often in my life i feel i am living the dream in so many ways. FOLLOW YOUR BLISS!
Im an old school Riot grrrl, feminist, & politically charged "damn Liberal" (as my father says). I'm also working towards my business degree in college. i consider myself to be a really down to earth person with a strong head on my shoulders. albeit myspace can come off a bit narcissistic... however, myspace is particularly useful for networking & work purposes for someone like me. im definitely not here looking for a fan club.
I tend to exhibit a kitschy and ironic sense of humor that is often perplexing to other ppl. my nickname is a perfect example! i like to keep 'em guessing. Im impossible to analyze, impervious to categorize. I pride myself on diversity & on a multitude of interests. Im the type to think that leaving something to the imagination is sexy. My inner geek looks up random words in the dictionary, while complacency drives me to don hot pants & micro minis. who said you cant have the best of both worlds? I like to glam up & go out on the town. Leo/virgo with cancer rising GRRRR, PuRRfeCtly finicky like the kat i am!
Im captivated by japanese culture & style, often resembling anime characters. I can speak some spanish and french & currently im learning japanese. traveling to new countries really intrigues me - I make a point to go over seas as often as possible.
Perpetual night owl - impressive vegan baker & cook. Sweets are my only vice, i dont smoke, drink, or do drugs. sXe & vegetarian. Im a very moral immoral person. I think life should be enjoyed but not at a big cost. Im also a very opinionated strong female - so youll either love me or loathe me because ill tell you the truth.
i strive to maintain close & intimate relationships with a small select group of ppl in my life. only a few truly know the real me. im a snuggling enthusiast & view myself as an incredibly open person with people i trust. I need artistic open minded individuals in my life who are on the path to sincerely knowing themselves & the world. there is so much that can be cultivated & shared between us all. i live like i mean it - be it dont dream it. everyday is a gift so make it count, no regrets.
I get bored easily of everyday life & cant stay in one place very long. I have terrible wanderlust & love the open road. No matter where my gypsy soul may roam my heart will always belong in New Orleans.
