Linnie Arline

About Me

Linnie Arline was named after her grandmother, who died of breast cancer before Linnie was born. Linnie began singing as a child with the influence of her father who played guitar, wrote music and sang in bands in Bakersfield, CA. Linnie was an exceptionally shy person, being raised very strict. Growing up Linnie sang and acted in plays, church outings, contests and other various events. It seemed that on stage Linnie wasn’t afraid to be herself. Working as a cocktail waitress, she performed on stage during her shifts at the Opryland Hotel and at private parties held at the Broadmoor Hotel. Linnie had the pleasure of meeting and performing for Jack Hanna (Jack Hanna’s animal adventures) while staying in Montana and captivated his attention. The interest Jack took in Linnie has been with her ever since and has inspired her passion even more. Linnie Arline is a singer songwriter whose influence is in the traditional sound of country music. Linnie enjoys bringing inspiration and hope to today’s world through her song writing. “Standing Alone” is the first song Linnie wrote and recorded and is currently working on an album.
