Kylie Ann Minogue was born on the 28th May 1968 in Melbourne, Australia.Her father Ron was an accountant and mother Carol, a dancer.She is the eldest of three,her sister being Dannii,who is also a singer and Brendan her younger brother, a cameraman.She has worked since the age of eleven , first starring in the Henderson Kids and The Sullivans.She gained worldwide recognition, however in 1986 as Charlene Mitchell in Neighbours, the Australian soap opera.Since then, Kylie has enjoyed a long and successful career as a singer, with many top hits to her name. She is inspirational to many up and coming singers,and is respected in her field as one of the pop megastars of our time.
