I play the majority of the instruments heard on my recordings and have just recently wrapped up a 10 month run with Adeline recording artist Jesse Malin. I have performed all over North America and in many countries throughout Europe, performed on various television shows (Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, Craig Ferguson) & on many major televsion and radio networks across in the U.S. and abroad. As of recent, I had the opportunity to perform "Hungry Heart" & "Rosalita" at CARNEGIE HALL, at a sold-out tribute show to Bruce Springsteen, with Ronnie Spector, Jesse Malin & Springsteen - a lineup which also included Patti Smith, Steve Earle, The Hold Steady, Odetta, Josh Ritter, Badly Drawn Boy & Pete Yorn. I have performed at LINCOLN CENTER with Rosi Golan at the ASCAP FOUNDATION 11th Annual Awards Ceremony at Frederick P. Rose Hall in NYC. I am also a member/founder of my current project, THE FUZZ HAUNTED, who, by Billboard Magazine and Discmakers, were recently placed in the top 6 out of 1000 band submissions, to perform at an event at Crash Mansion NYC, in August. THE FUZZ HAUNTEDs' debut release was chosen & featured on NPRs' debut podcast on their "ALL SONGS CONSIDERED" program in April 2006. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4974090
...............................I currently live in NYC, and have played and recorded with many bands/artists over many years. In the past (and some still present), some other notable, awesome people I can name-drop here, that I've loved working with so much, are: Thommy Price - drums (Joan Jetts' slamming Blackheart drummer & a real good guy), Greta Brinkman - bass (Moby, Deborah Harry and others I can't remember - one righteous female with the coolest hair in the biz), Paul Garisto - drums (Iggy Pop, Psychedelic Furs, Jesse Malin - drummer to many..), Tobias Ralphs & Rick Skatore (24-7 Spyz psycho rhythm section), Marc Slutsky & James Cruz (Splender, Ben Jelen spot-on rhythm section & possibly the most locked one I've ever heard), Mike "Beans" Benigno - drums (Candy Butchers, Kelly Clarkson and one of my oldest, helpful pals), Angus Clark - guitar (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Kitaro - killer player & a generous guy), Matt Flynn - drums (Maroon 5, B52s', Gavin DeGraw), Vinnie Miranda - guitar (Dido), Andy Galore - bass (Al DiMeola, Leni & Mike Stern), and recently, Brian Viglione - drums (Dresden Dolls - clever player & a cool guy). I keep a busy schedule of performances & sessions and currently play with The Fuzz Haunted, Smith Island, Jason Rossi, Tiffany Randol, Lin McEwan, Ariel Aparicio & Rosi Golan. During my time spent assisting engineers at recording studios in New York City, I worked with Lou Reed, Andrew Loog Oldham, Thurston Moore, Jerry Harrison, Al Kooper, Juliana Hatfield, Monster Magnet, Christine Lavin, Richard Barone and assisted on the first "legitimate" mix of the The Rolling Stones Rock & Roll Circus film. I absolutley love playing live & spending countless hours in the recording studio. I'm always excited to get involved in new situations with ambitious artists, so please feel free to contact me through this website here, if you are in need of a guitar player...............................
