So this is me...
My name is Christine and I am a 20-year-old junior at the University of California, Santa Cruz. I began playing piano as a classical pianist at the age of six and didn't break into jazz and alternative rock until my senior year of high school. Since then I have tried to incorporate all that I've learned into the music I write; for better or worse. I'm also not one of those who can say "I've been singing all my life," as I've really only been singing for about three years now. I write all of my own lyrics and music and have only recently started to record my work.
My music is a never-ending work in progress but for now I'm trying to perform as much as possible in the Santa Cruz area. Rleasing my first full length cd is a slow work in progress but I promise its coming and you'll be able to hear everything here first!
