Charlotte Katharina Andersen is a danish musician, trained percussionplayer/timpanist at the Royal Academy of Music in Ã…rhus.
After studying with Gert Mortensen in Copenhagen, David Searcy in Milano and Rainer Seegers in Berlin, she became percussionplayer/timpaniplayer in the European Union Youth Orchestra, with whom she toured most of the world.
Later she played as an orchestramusician with several european orchestras, and in operahouses and musicaltheaters in Germany and Denmark.
Today she dedicates most of her time to her own soloconcerts, which are being performed in musichalls and churches all over Europe.
Since 2003 Charlotte is also a demanded conducted of popular orchestra concerts with wellknown danish soloists like Kim Sjøgren, Per Nielsen and Swing Sisters.
Charlottes first solo CD will be out at end of 2007.
