Reading, movies, music and art, loving people, happy people who don't appologize for their joy. I'm really into yoga, chanting and meditation and the inner experiences that arise in effect. Also, sweet walks on a beach with a pretty women and a colorful sunset. Or just a night out at a club with a good dancer, cuz I can get down till' the sun comes up! Kundalini dancing up, down and back up my spine is the most favorite interest of mine.
I'd like to meet:
People who aren't judgemental or into putting others down to feel good about themselves, in other words, no people who find joy at the expense of others. I'm into people who are not shy, but successful at what they do, as long is it's good for our environment and all around human and animal health. Spiritual minded people, sexy people, loving people, who are artists at what they do. Buddhists, Hindus, Taoists, though it doesn't matter the religion as long as your open minded, as I also love Jesus, I just feel that he is one of the most mis-understood figures of the last 2 thousand years.

Music:
Contemplative hip-hop like....k-os (Knowledge Of Self) take a listen and press play on the video or music pod's I have going. I like some party hip-hop like J-Z is cool. But Buddha Bar CD's are a great inspiration with it's eclectic mix of international sounds and is mostly what I listen to. I also like Classical music, both western and eastern, like Ragas (Indian mood pieces) and Beethoven. I love those Indian DJ's like Bally Sagoo and DJ Cheb I Sabbah who actually lives in SF, CA. Good hip-hop DJ mixing is great as well.
Movies:
All types, foriegn to hollywood fun like, "Matrix", "Dune", and life pondering movies such as "Waking Life", I also liked "Labrynth" alot and still find it quite ponderable, also "Lord of the Rings" and "Time Bandits" is crazy, which is British I think actually, even some bollywood movies are really great, with the dancing like it's still the 80's throughout the mushy storylines and melodramatic acting (that's the indian form of hollywood)with movies like "Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram" dir. by Raj Kapoor is a beautiful, beautiful movie!! But mostly spiritual inspiration movies are what makes me feel great about life, like "The Little Buddha" dir. by Bernardo Bertolucci though the acting isn't the best, it's beautifully done, and "Kundun" by Martin Scorsese about the life of the Dalai Lama. This maybe common, but I can't help myself, I just love "Star Wars", especially episodes 4,5 and 6 (the old ones)! I like Fantasy and SciFi stuff the most because life is just that. Reality will straight freek a sane mind out! Oh yeah, and Skateboarding videos especially those that have some of my old friends in them. Really, I just love movies and so many movies come out that are inspiring and wonderful, it's hard to put them all down or even remember the names of them. I LOVE a good movie!! One of the good things to come from our modern culture, but those actors get paid way too much and we need to put more of that money towards schools and teachers...seriously, come on now folks!! :-| Ah well, who am I to judge, everyone get's the fruit of their own efforts, even if it takes lifetimes to reap the rewards.
Television:
"Heroes" is cool, "Lost" is fun, but not watching as of late. "Scrubs" is funny. I take nothing that is on T.V. seriously, as in I don't make it a part of my personal philosophy, though sometimes I'm pleasently surprised. But, I do love people and I like to see peoples ways of seeing the world and where they find their bliss (or semblence of "mostly the case").
Books:
I eat all spiritual books like candy, yum, yum. Also spiritually inspired fiction like "Mipham" is great, the first Tibetan Novel filled with magic, adventure, sorcery, enlightened wisdom, meditation masters, sex, culture and just a great read. Mostly I like Tibetan and Shaiva Tantra though. Stuff by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche is mind altering without the chemical additives. Really anything "Dzogchen" will re-align your brain waves and straighten your spine, no joke. "The Supreme Source" a rendering of the Kunjed Gyalpo translated by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. "Vasistha's Yoga" translated by Swami Venkatesananda. "Play of Consciousness" Swami Muktananda's autobiography. I am reading Dzogchen texts right now of all different types. Visualization, intelectual and direct introduction to the supreme state that is "Dzogchen" (pure, infinite awareness) texts. These texts explain the enlightened state with more lucidity and comprehension than I have found anywhere and I am well read in all religions and spiritual traditions from around the world. The language of explanation is more non-dual than I have ever come across and can lead to instant awakening experiences just through reading. "Don't worry, be happy, now!" - Bobby McFarrin, "You are that which you are seeking!!" - Saint Francis of Assisi =^D
Heroes:
Siddhartha the Buddha for understanding quantum physics thousands of years before the idea emerged in our culture. Various spiritual geniuses like Swami Chidvilasananda and Swami Muktananda who brought Kundalini awakening and the path of Kundalini Yoga to the West in a very comprehensable and direct way. Padmasambhava who brought Indian Buddhist Tantra to Tibet more than a thousand years ago. Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche for his brilliant takes on Dzogchen. Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche for showing me directly the experience of Dzogchen beyond words or texts. Milarepa because he went from mass murderer black magician to a total awakened Buddha in a single lifetime which shows that no wrong doing is uncleansable, though he had to work really hard to clean his slate. Superman, Spiderman, Batman and especially Wolverine are my favorite comic book heroes. I think that someday I can be like Superman, wooo, hooo! Superman lover that is...oh yeah, I'm already that! ;-)
