About Me

I like watching the sunset... i like to stop and watch the world... i like to live in a space that doesnt exist... inbetweeness... i sing whenever i hear anyone use the words from part of a song... i love learning... i want to know everything and sometiimes i think i do... but im open to being wrong :o) its the damn aries in me... i smile a lot and i laugh a lot... and i always prolong goodbyes... or make them really short... i think im an extremist sometimes... ok thats all the secrets you get

My Interests

MUSIC! learning about myself, learning in general, reading, libraries, dancing on 2, chocolate, sunflowers, animals, fixing my posture, cooking, meditation, food, pottery, trying new things, moments when everything freezes, your mind is still and there is no where else you'd rather be, losing track of time, random information, watching babies in the subway, plaid, silly people....

I'd like to meet:

People with a love for life and learning, people who can teach me while i teach them, someone who has as much energy as i do and someone who can smile as big as i can ;oP oh and other vegetarians- woohoo!

Music:

salsa, drumnbass, ragga, anything nasty and dark... or happy and upbeat like acen's trip to the moon... also "new metal" haha... tool, mars volta, a perfect circle, system of a down, old korn etc... aesop rock because he has the best line ever "I need my 10 day forecast 14 days in advance so i can get my two weeks notice every time the sun is going to dance", I love music with drums in it, especially tablas.

Television:

Arrested Development rocks my world. I also have a slight addiction to these cop/detective dramas like law and order and csi if I can't find law and order. If I had cable it would be the food network.

Books:

way too many... amazing grace, growing up empty, fist, rock, knife, gun, mountains beyond mountains, the next diet for a small planet, Tom Robbins in general (another roadside attraction and fierce invalids home from hot climates are at the top of the Robbins list, but im willing to bet that those two are my favorite at the moment only because they are the last two i read) a heartbreaking work of staggering genius, jennifer government, 1984, how to kill an elephant? i believe thats the title-- its an essay by Orwell, Power of Now, Celestine Propecy (despite the cheese), Bhagavad Gita, vegetarian cookbooks

Heroes:

I think anyone could be my hero if i knew enough about them.
