HAPPY HOUR WITH MARK MCKAY

About Me

At all major turning points in history an individual stands out among the rest, a man or a woman of the people who is not afraid to stand up against injustice. A martyr: willing to sacrifice his/her own life so that his/her people can live free. Like Tupac Shakur and Jesus Christ before him, Mark McKay is a prophet for the times.Following in the steps of Siddhartha, Mark McKay left his successful life as the DJ for the popular Canadian band LEN, in search for the answers to life. He returned to University in Halifax where he continued his work to unite the world’s religions under science. In the fall of 2003, walking home one night from work, Mark McKay was savagely attacked by a group of young thugs. Lying in the hospital with his jaw wired shut and steel plates in his face, he realized that religion could not civilize the uncivilized, and that only justice could serve to enlighten a society. He meditated on this as he rehabilitated. It was not long until he was struck by the realization that it would take great change in order for justice to reign and that the only way great change would come about is through revolution. The Black Panthers and the Weather Underground already proved the change could not be brought about through violence in North America. Instead an intellectual war would have to be fought in the televised arena, or the videodrome.Soon thereafter he began work on HAPPY HOUR WITH MARK MCKAY, a late night talk show, and vehicle to instill nationalism and unite the people of Canada. Now available on the Internet at http://www.videodrome.tv, the HAPPY HOUR revolution has begun. The revolution will be televisied!!!
