Scott's been playing music and writing songs in the Washington DC area since the mid'70s. Bands he's played with include The Neighbors, Kevin Johnson and the Linemen, Naughty Pine, Last Train Home, the Graverobbers, the Grandsons, Exit 10 and Jelly Roll Mortals.
