Echo Santori. Alternative/Rock/Grunge band that are currently writing songs... right now......probably.The style they are going for is an ecclectic mix of Punk, Grunge and Alternative rock. Plus one funny/Epic song thrown in for good measure. Compared to rock bands such as Tenacious D, Hole, Sonic Youth, Paramore and Wolfmother.The lyrics center on a grunge theme and are pretty much about anything and everything, from philosophy, free will, addiction and state control.We enjoy making music and appreciating Jack's artwork (Hand on chin time) for the band. Jack is the band artist, and is as much a member as all 4 of us! If it wasnt for him, then we would look awful! so go Jack!New songs will be released soon entitled - Ten, Porpoise man, Addict, Do you even care?, Murmur and Lessons Learned
HistoryIt started in October 2007 with Olli & Tom, then Etch joined when we needed a bass player. Vicki joined the band when we needed a singer and finally after much confusion, Etch switched to Rhythm guitar and Craig joined to do the bass...age!? Unfortunately we lost Etch because of musical differences recently. Present Vicki adopts the singing of Paramore and Be your own pet, for that hardcore attitude sound as well as for melodic grooves. Olli provides the lead guitar reminiscent of Wolfmother with a grungey bite to it aswell as shouting into the mic for added effect, Craig plays the lung & bowel deflating bass that makes you want to soil yourself (so bring a towel) and Tom hits things ... wildly (Go tom!).The Band (All four of them) are working hard on their songs and will be playing gigs in the near future and have recording sessions booked already.
