About Me

We are a new band, playing mostly original music, with some old players. Deborah is an accomplished singer with a voice like an angel, she can melt the coldest, hardest heart with a single note from those beautiful vocal chords of hers. JB comes from a background of playing in many cover bands back in the late 70's early 80's , then changing over to doing sound and lighting production professionally for 20+ years, he also operates TFI Entertainment in Kansas City. Brian is a lifelong friend of JB's and have been friends since high school, he has a very eclectic taste in music and brings a different twist to our sound. Keith Sterling is our drummer, he comes from a list of playing in some strong cover acts, his sound is solid and tight, he will make a welcomed addition to the RCB line up. Look for some really good things from RCB as we continue to write new music all the time.We play for the love of the music and not just wanting to rush right out and play any place for a couple dollars of gas money,or a couple minutes of time on stage in some crusty, dive club. We are gearing this act for better gigs, if that means we only play 1 or 2 times a year ,then thats what we do, as long as they are quality gigs. Our roots are solidly placed in southern rock and the bands of the 60's & 70's and the music reflects this. Basically hippie children of the 70's that have lost their way and are searching for our sound. The direction we are going in now is more towards the modern country side of things, after all, todays country is nothing more than southern rock with a little twang :)
