The Clothing- The Beginning...
Gino Green Global is the vibrant fashion phenomenom that has the whole country asking are those 9's or are they G's? Gino Green Apparel was started in 1999 by its lead designer Prince, and its cutting edge customized T-shirt lines in the New York City Area.
Launching their Big G look intentionally designed to resemble the number 9, Gino Green quickly began to get the attention of the style conscious and trend setting NYC fashion crowd. From appearances at the local basketball tournaments, such as the highly publicized Dyckman Summer League to the sizzling NYC night life and party scene, Gino Green Global made sure their signature look was reconized and remembered.
Without hesitation, celebrities and stores across the country were demanding the Gino Green look. As the buzz grew, magazines, DVD's and website outlets were requesting interveiws to get the latest scoop on the Gino Green phenomenon. Due to the tremendous design plan and strategic marketing campaign, Gino Green had the ability to approach A list celebrities such as Papoose, Kay Slay, 50 cents, Denzel Washington, Mike Jones, Lil Scrappy, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, Big Tigger, Terrance and Rocsi of 106 and park, Ed Lover, Lance Feurtado and provide them with custom made pieces.
Prince the co-founder of Gino Green, has had a life long passion for the Graphic Art, color vibrancy and Fashion Design, and was recruited to design behind the scenes for many of the fashion worlds most succesful lines. After years of studying and perfecting his craft, Prince reignited his Gino Green movement in 2004, by adding the Global to the company's moniker as a reflection of his desire to influence and shape fashion at a global level.
