IN 2008 I CHANGED STAGE NAMES FROM BODIBAGS TO SAPREME BECAUSE OF MARKETING ISSUES SO TO ALL MY FANS IT'S STILL ME JUST WITH A MORE MARKETABLE NAME I WANTED TO MAKE IT MORE APPEALING TO THE LADIES AND THE KIDS COMING UP.
In 2003 Brooklyn rapper sapreme released his first mixtape entitled "HARD WORK" the street mixtape contained 24 classic joints such as "Imma Gangsta", "Times is hard" and "Here i am" Featuring a female friend of sapreme "Malicious". The street mixtape gained alot of attention for sapreme from hip hop dj's to the underground hip hop DvD scene.
2004 Sapreme releases "Murder in the first degree" Mixtape Again on this project sapreme puts his name on the map even more with the mindblowing 4 minute Freestyle Over Rick Ross's "Hustlin' also the mixtape had official street joints like "Money on my mind" and "Hustle Hard". Sapreme's second Mixtape earned him a crazy buzz in Nyc Where he did performances for "Maria Davis" @ Club city, a publishing deal that he turned down, and he was featured on "Whatz Really Hood DvD Vol 8".
2005 After gaining a decent fanbase for himself sapreme went into the studio to record his self titled album "Sapreme". The 12 track album hit the streets kind of by suprise probably because sapreme's fans were more likely expecting a "Murder in the first degree 2" mixtape, the album did extremely well it went on sale at burnlounge.com for 6.99 and sold a substantial amount of units earning sapreme a ringtone deal for his song "Call me" without being signed to a major record company.
2005/2006 Sapreme forms a group called "The Doesnatchas"with members Stelo,Sha-Money,Murda ma,D-money(r.i.p) and north carolina upcoming artist Da Kid Geda. But the group had more members like Chedda Boi,Jay-Figgaz & Citro Block who also appears on numerous tracks with the Doesnatchas but are not recording artist. since the group has been formed it has a big influence on the streets of bed-stuy among teenagers and adults and is already being targeted by the media and police as a growing and very dangerous street gang the Doesnatchas is set to release a line of mixtapes very soon (R.i.p D-Money).
2006 Sapreme releases "The Color Of Money" On this project sapreme connects with Arlis micheal from "Real talk tv DvD" with arlis hosting Sapreme does his thing as usual with the drug tale gone wrong "Will from da ville" where sapreme proves his storytelling skills. Another track that had heads knocking was "Twist the piff" & "Cake Freestyle" featuring Arlis. Sapreme also hooked up with producer's "Twice" and "Spaz Out" on TCOM and of course sapreme was featured on "Real talk tv DvD vol.6" After TCOM Sapreme Recorded a promo for "Gino Green Global" the freestyle made it's way to the president of GGG and sapreme was invited to the Gino Green Global Store in Long Island where he met the owners and was given some GGG Clothing for his work. Later that year sapreme did another promo for "NEW ERA FITTED CAP COMPANY".
2007 Sapreme drops his 5th Mixtape "The Color of money 2" Hosted by The king of Philly "Gilly Da Kid" unable to make a lyrical appearance on TCOM2 Gilly was only able to do drops but sapreme did'nt want to leave his fans disappointed he brung arlis back in on this one and reigned supreme with the "Real talk Freestyle" which appeared on "Superstar Jay's" Mixtape "The truest" With Arlis Micheal. TCOM2 took the streets by storm with "Hate Helps" and " a short story" TCOM2 Sold over 40,000 units Throughout New york City.
2008 Sapreme gets ready to release his sixth Mixtape entitled "You Must Love Me" all details on this project are being held confidential as of now.
