It all started at the drum and bass party, "Let it roll", where Jacob
decided to pursue his path as an MC. He initially stumbled, but true to
course, he began. He was now ready. Jacob’s first appearance at the
ever famed Free Fesitval Czechtek 2001 launched him into becoming a
member of the all legendary sound system BassBeast and he started
touring the Czech Republic. Naturally with the passage of time, his
skills improved and soon became talked about as the greatest talent among
local MC’s! Including his resident sound system, he also started to
perform with numerous Czech and international artists such as: Roni
Size, Kenny Ken, Nicky Blackmarket, Rai Kieth AND Kid Kameleon. He also
sang alongside the ever famous MC’s like Det, MC Dynamite, Top Cat, and
General Levy.In 2005, he started performing with DJ Katcha on a regular basis, and it
was in the summer of that year that he began his career with the popular
Czech band Skyline. He was introduced to them by their already famous lead
singer, MC Nu C. His host status soon changed to become a resident band
member and he notably proved himself with the band..s release of the album
Virginplatonicpanic in the Spring of 2006 under the label X-productions
with enormous success.Today Jacob is working full-time with a band whose performances include
local festivals: Rock for People, Love Planet, Cosmic Trip, Reggae
Meeting, Let It Roll.... In Slovakia, Pohoda and Hodokvas, and in the
Netherlands, Eurosonic. He currently hosts a weekly show, ’Base’, on a
newly established radio station called, "Radio Wave". Bottom line, IS,
wherever there is a MIC switched on, Jacob is there!
