About Me

Filmmaker shooting tv ads and music videos.· Dipyadeep is a young, ambitious – yet vain director. He was born 30 years ago in a small town of the Greek country and was well bred upon fast food, Hollywood pictures and former USSR literature. Therefore, he concentrates all the uprising values to serve the capitalistic marketing system, mix it with appropriate cultural blend and spice it with pure propaganda flakes. At the moment, he is making great effort in raising the standards of Greek consumers’ society by producing high cinematographic value ads. Bearing in mind that the Greek government is the worst employer, we can say he is a volunteer tutor in the Film Department of Aristotle University. (As humble as he is, the former paragragh is spontaneously written by his girlfriend)

CALL FOR ENTRIES Show me the music! This year the Moving Image section of Synch Festival focuses on the direct relationship between music and image as well as on their interaction in the form of music video. Therefore, we invite you to send your MUSIC VIDEOS– of amateur or professional level, a basic element of which will be innovation and experimentation in dealing with the “music-image” interaction. The video clip material that will be sent to us from different parts of the world will form the primary projection tool during the festival period. The aim of this action is the communication and presentation of different, alternative routes of cinematography and music-image interaction, to an international audience. This call is targeted to all of you, amateur and professional directors, creative minds, music bands, artists. It is a chance to present your work internationally.
