INTRODUCTION
THE FOOCRU is a band from the South of Johannesburg in South Africa. Made up of four members, we enjoy performing a style that is heavily influenced by the Rock, Indie and Funk music cultures of which we have based our musical sound around.
All the members have a strong passion for music and will always have this passion until the day they leave this earth. Main musical influences come from bands like The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Audio Slave, The Mars Volta, He Is Legend, Artic monkeys, Kasabian, Foo Fighters and A Perfect Circle. With ripping guitars and guitar solos, light keys, funky, foundation shaking, base guitar and rock solid drums, makes a sound you wont forget very soon.
