About me; there is too much to tell everything here ;)

After three years of increasing pain, i finally got hnp surgery. I was sent from fysiotherapist to fysiotherapist for about 2,5 years until i changed my family doctor and got a MRI. Spinal stenosis and spinal disc herniation were very visable on the scan.
Because of my psych meds i gained about 25kgs extra weight (in 1,5 yrs), wich was a problem to the neurology surgeon. So i had to quit these meds in order to get my lower back in the operation room. After 2 months i lost 15 kgs (and some of my mental stability). My surgeon gave OK, and i was in the hospital within 2 months.
Finally... at the end i couldn't hardly stand still or even walk at all.
Now i'm recovering, progressing with little steps forward (literally) in the hope of getting back a (relative) normal life; where i can go outside, visit a shop, go to a live performance, visit friends or family.
Without having to stick to a chair because of the pain anymore. :)
