The Bluegrass Express Show is heard M-F 1:00-5:00 pm on WLRV 1380 AM and on ARC TV Suddenlink channel 16 in the mountains of Southwest Virginia. We play nothing but traditional and mountain bluegrass hosted by JD Jessee. Catch Norma Jean on Saturdays from 8:30am - 5:00pm. You can visit us at jdzbluegrassexpress.com or myspace.com/ibnormajean. We are always looking for new traditional bluegrass music. Feel free to call JD M-F at 276-889-1387 from 1-5pm for interviews or to get your music on the air. Influences: First and foremost Jesus. What better influence could we have. We were also inspired by Doyle Lawson, The Servers, Blueridge, Alison Krauss, The Stanley sound and good congregational hymns.

Another Week

Another week completed on the Bluegrass Express Show and a new CD recieved from the group Master Peace. Listeners enjoyed the music and declared the CD a "keeper".
