We here at Eat It reckon it's good when you're boppin to tunes reminiscent of a block party, but it's also good to sweat your tits off to something more reminiscent of a rave.
On Wednesday 27th February, and the last Wednesday of every month after that, Eat It bring you boppin upstairs and sweat downstairs,at Pure Space Bar and Subspace, with a roof terrace for anyone who wants to toke on some smoke.
Hosting upstairs will be The Beat Route residents Skamark, Blabberhands and Phuzion.
Downstairs will be hosted by M_Theory residents Mark Kershaw, RicP and Dan Doran.
The Beat Route is all about putting a grin on your face with a selection of party-time tunes that'll have you shuffling your feet and shaking your ass from the off. Skamark will be warming things up with a blend of reggae, dub and ska followed by our jedi scratch masters, Blabberhands and Phuzion, who'll be cutting up funk, northern soul, trip hop and hip hop.
Downstairs will be an altogether messier affair with Mark Kershaw, RicP and Dan Doran playing a collection of dirty, trippy, head-bending electronic beats.
The party starts at 8pm when we'll be giving away free drinks and free cds to the early birds. It's free in until 11 after which we'll be charging just £3 to get in!
It's party time.
