observing the world around me. laying back and just looking up at the stars. listening to music that fits my current state of mind perfectly. pair that with driving on a scenic road (or even the highway) and there's nowhere else i'd rather be. little kicks of motivation, laundry, self-expression in the form of writing and creating art, doing little things to keep myself happy, like keeping my AC on while the windows are down, frappucinos from Valero, and any words exchanged with reffinej.
let's just say, the 2006 red sox starting nine and jay gibbons, in that order. someone who can slowly explain the offsides rule in hockey to me. someone else that can drink thickened hotdog water, raw egg substitute or eight ounces of generic chocolate syrup and not throw up. people who were hippies back in the 60s.the person who designed the chair that's shaped like a hand. wilford brimley - he makes me want to have diabetes just so Liberty Medical could have my back. charles bukowski - but he's dead.

my DVD collection is limited to mostly bargain bin B movies...most are from the walmart $5.50 box..there are some with awards, though. ones that i will always be able to watch over and over again (and quote to a T) include: freddy got fingered, anchorman, american beauty, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, what dreams may come, fear and loathing in las vegas, ocean's eleven, death to smoochy..

Betty Smith's "A Tree Grows In Brooklyn", Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World, Amanda Davis's "Wonder When You'll Miss Me". the Hartford Courant. as of now, i'm reading "on the road" by jack kerouac, and "pulp" by charles bukowski.
