I'm still working on getting my first band review up "Glissade" is the band that I'm going to review.I've put one of their songs up on the main page player, great fucking band and some super cool guys.Go to their page, check out the tracks they have posted, ask nicely to be their friend. Their CD flows so well that time seems to fly bye and you don't even realize it.I was in my studio waiting for the rest of my band mates to show up (who are always fucking late) and I realized I had just received their new CD, so I popped it in, laid down on the floor (annoyed that my band mates still had not arrived) lit a cigarette and listened.I found myself hoping that no one would show up for at least another 45 minutes so I could finish listening to the CD.It's the type of music that makes you forget where you are and what you're thinking about and lets you find a place where everything is at ease...the type of music that makes you wish you were in a hammock under a tree feeling the breeze of a cool fall day.I could go on and on with gushing admiration for Glissade, but I'll let you find your own happy place.Check out their MySpace. Make them a friend, purchase a CD, go to a show....you'll be glad that you took the time (trust me).(well hell, there's the review)-Anthony
