Having shared event lineups with heavy weights of hard dance including Phil York, Grady G, High Dosage, Narc, Mr S, Seventy-7, Jody 6, Kevin Energy, E-noid/Dione, Scott Brown, Arkitech, Breeze and Evil Activities, MK ULTRA is quickly proving himself within the Brisbane hard dance scene. Bringing more NRG to the decks than a nuclear reactor, his sets ignite any dance floor (except maybe at an RSL) with blistering hard-as-fuck-dance. From uplifting to down right dark and twisted, MK ULTRA has your Sunday morning prescription of beats. 2008 see's the formation of 'Renewable NRG', an NRG friendly event initiative created by MK and his partner in Hoover related crime - Sonic Roksta. With a successful first event under their belt, the plotting has already begun for a second chapter. MK ULTRA is also involved in the forward thinking production duo Vega and Vaguer. The beats come hard and broken out of the V&V studio and the boys are preparing to bring these monster 'choons into the live arena. MK MEDIA provides a bit of a visual interpretation to the electronic music we all love so much. MK MEDIA has provided artwork to production companies like FUZE, 3-Styles, River City Gabber Crew and of course, Renewable NRG. You can find MK's 'litereary' contributions in the monthly street press Tsunami where he reviews a variety of dance music releases.
