Bei gay.edge.liberation geht es darum Homosexualität im Punk und Hardcore zum Thema zu machen und zu fördern.
Leider ist dieses Thema nicht nur in der Gesellschaft generell, sondern auch in der Musik noch ein großes Tabuthema. Gerade im Punk und Hardcore wird dies eher selten angesprochen. Um alle homosexuelle, bisexuelle und transsexuelle Punks, Hardcore Kids, Metaller oder was auch immer da draussen zu ünterstützen und zu zeigen dass man sie toleriert bedarf es den Verstand und die Courage jedes/r einzelnen.
Im Punk und Hardcore geht es ja auch darum man selbst zu sein, sich treu zu bleiben und sein Ding durchzuziehen. Dies wird allen Homosexuellen erschwert, indem sie nicht unterstützt bzw toleriert werden.
Diese MySpace Seite soll einfach nur zeigen, dass homosexuelle, bisexuelle und transsexuelle Menschen im Punk und Hardcore toleriert und akzeptiert werden und dies kein Tabuthema ist!!!!
Sowohl homosexuelle, als auch bisexuelle, transsexuelle und heterosexuelle Menschen sind willkommen!
JedeR, der/die von der sexuellen Neigung anderer seine/ihre Sympathie abhängig macht oder Leute auf Grund dessen beurteilt, sollte sich ernsthaft Gedanken über seine/ihre Denkweise machen.
Ist ein Ziel des Punk und Hardcore nicht, dass jedeR akzeptiert wird wie er/sie ist und sich nicht rechtfertigen muss so zu sein wie man ist?

Gay.edge.liberation is about promoting Homosexuality in the Punk and Hardcore scene.
Unfortunately this topic is not only a general problem in society but also in the music scene. Particularly in Punk and Hardcore this is seldom appealed. To support all the homosexual, bisexual and transsexual Punks, Hardcore Kids, Metalheads or whatever and to show that they are welcome, it needs the understanding and courage of every single person.
Punk and Hardcore is about being yourself, staying true to yourself and doing whatever you want. But this is complicated for Homosexuals because they are not supported and tolerated.
This MySpace page should only show that homosexual, bisexual and transsexual people are tolerated and accepted in the Punk and Hardcore scene.
Not only homosexual people are welcome on this page, but also bisexual, transsexual and heterosexual people.
Everyone who judge others because of their sexuality and make their sympathy depending on that should seriously think about that!!
Isn't it an aim of Punkrock and Hardcore that everyone is accepted like he/she is and don't have to justify him/herself for being him/herself?
