You can not fool the four members of The Covenant (NL), they go back a long time: in 1988 they began to play "old-fashioned" hardrock music like Deep Purple and Bad Company. After a while the sound changed and was many times compared with The Cult, Alice In Chains, The Doors and Danzig. Indieband from day one the band began to record their own albums and they're still alive. Right now they are recording their sixth album in Studio The Trackingroom (Amsterdam).
The sound has changed, along with time, to indie rock. Music Magazine Oor is speaking of "The last Dutch Underground-band".
