About Me

Just finished another degree... certified to teach K-12 Instrumental/General Music.I have met the love of my life, rather, partner in crime. We have chickens (IN THE CITY!!) ...4 of them. Vira, Girdy, Big Bird and GiGi.Trumpet/music/arts/Zen-Buddhsim~ parts of me. ~~ I like to frequent the Artists Quarter, Dakota, SPCO, and MN Orch. for concerts~ also frequent many coffee shops and used bookstores...I work at one too. ~~ Other randomness: I currently run, and .... I try to learn something new every day. I want to give to the world... and help others... I like to be around people who want to do the same. ~~ I freelance trumpet stuff-everything from big band stuff, to small group jazz, to churchy type gigs, and weddings and such. Ender's Game, The Fountainhead, Tipping the Velvet, Ishmael, The Dharma Bums, The Time Traveler's Wife, Harry Potter, any Pete Hautman books,....many many books on philosophy related topics and relgious studies-- focus on Zen Buddhism. MUTTS comic strip. Also getting more into children's lit. Heavy into Non-Fiction. Want to learn about Solar Power, housebuilding, etc. soon.

Waking up
