After living in Israel for over a decade as a singer and songwriter from Germany with a passion for black gospel music , I thought that it would be only appropriate if there was something like an authentic ’’israeli gospel sound’’ in the original language of the Bible. With that idea in my mind I started to write songs, helped myself out with biblepassages and added my own lyrics - those songs were especially encouraging to me personally while living through the hell of intifada.’’Eyes of your love’’ is the hebrew version of the Oslo Gospel Choir Hit ’’ Your love’’ written by Tore Aas.
Because of my original familiar roots in Yugoslavia I also have a passion for middleeastern music. So the album turned out to be a colourful mixture of Pop, Gospel, Middleeastern Style with some dance elements.
Everything was perfectly arranged and produced by the wellknown israeli producer and arranger Shay Reuveni.September2006- release of first single ’Ad ana’.February 2007- release of second single ’Shemesh’- a duett with german soul/ R&B star Xavier Naidoo.The whole album was released in June 2007 to the public media in the land.As Israel is a huge cultural melting pot I had the priviledge to work with many international artists on various projects.
