Music is neither a contest, nor an auction.
That one thought...that one concept is what has kept these musicians together through several incarnations. Other names. Other faces. Same philosophy. Because one look around the room or club, and it's revealed. We are all here for the music. On some occasions, we're on stage. On even more, we're standing in the middle of the floor.
These four musicians have devoted themselves to the local music scene since the early Nineties playing in bands such as Crash Course, Soda, Outtaline, and the Story. And in their many incarnations, they have shared the stage with Agent Orange, Flogging Molly, Unwritten Law, Tilt, No Use For A Name, Zeke, and so many more.
D.I.Y. is how they have always approached this music thing. Money, greed, posturing are not what it's about. Rather, enjoying each other and playing their collective ass off whenever and wherever they've been given the priveledge to play. A helping hand is always appreciated, never expected. They have been staunchly anti-street team--and shy away from the uber-promoting--letting the music do all the talking. No egos. No contests.
Over the years, they quite literally have seen it all--good, bad, indifferent--all the while never letting it affect their reason for being: music.
