About Me

i live in houston texas with my wife maggie, with whom i've been happily married to for 26 years. i have two grown sons, micah and shane. i am the head sound man for theatre under the stars . theater was a great place to land when my previous career ended. when tuts isn't in the middle of a show run, the hours are flexable and the money is great. besides the fact that, although extremely different, it is not too far from my first love.

i was the lead singer of galactic cowboys for eleven years before our break-up in 2000. i am currently playing in a band called gristle which consists of: len sonnier (former member of atomic opera and the sonnier brothers band), chad lyons (former member of the sonnier brothers band), and shane huggins (former member of greytown and pictures of storyville. he's also my son!)i decided to check out this myspace thing and see what it's all about.

I'd like to meet:

i am open to meeting anyone that crosses my path. i don't know if i'll go too far out of my way to meet new people. it's hard enough to keep up with the people that i already know. the idea of helping people who need help is appealing. but, again, i don't know if i will go too far out of the way to meet them. although, i do want to be helpful. you can see my predicament, right?

this being said, i like people. most people, given the chance, like me. so....i seem to have forgotten where i was going with this. i guess i'll meet you if i meet you!
