MUSIC!!!! My life revolves around a love of music. Discovering new music that I love is the ultimate high. I also love: Movies, having fun, traveling, adventures. Sushi. Coffee. Spontaneous road trips. Philosophy, religions of ALL sorts. Learning and trying new things. Making the purrfect latte. Being on the water. Day hikes in the mountains. Wine tastings. Cooking. Spending time with my two stray cats.Memorizing lyrics to songs that I love..Bending my mind as often as possible.Random acts of kindess. Making a difference in this world is my number one priority.Dreaming unrealistic big ass crazy dreams. Life is short. Live it. I plan to win the lottery or hit it big otherwise, then quit my day job so that I can immerse myself in art and music. That is my plan. ;)("Take the first step in faith, you don't have to see the whole staircase....just take the first step" MLK, Jr.) is my Philosophy.I want to travel the world. Hopefully, while still young enough to enjoy it.
Jimmy Page. Jimmy Page. Jimmy Page. (Three wishes, right?)Amanda Palmer. Amanda is my Janis Joplin and them some.Chef Gordon Ramsay.A candidate worth a damn that might change the path that this country is on.I met Robert Plant many years ago. It was a dream.Would like to meet a few honest people, if any still exist.
Everything........ except for "tear in your beer" country and hard core rap. Led Zeppelin is the band that everyone I know associates me with. (I had ZOSO on my plates for a very long time) Grateful Dead back in "the daze", Pink Floyd, The Who, Metallica, Rush, Yes, Gibb Droll, The Dresden Dolls, Amanda Palmer, The Clash, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Ozzy Osbourne, The White Stripes, James Taylor. Jason Webley, Rev. Peyton and his big damn band, Al Green, Steely Dan, you name it."Eclectic" is an understatement when it comes to music. I LIVE FOR GOOD MUSIC. Jazz, R&B, some rap, blues, bluegrass, etc....
I love so many movies that it would be pointless to try and narrow it down. "The Song Remains The Same" "Animal House","Natural Born Killers", etc. "Lost in Translation" As with music, I could go on forever. There is nothing like a great movie.
Although I am a soap addict....(That is my guilty pleasure.....AMC/OLTL/GH) via Soapnet. BBC America shows. Gordon Ramsay. For the most part, I enjoy getting lost in a great movie.
