Hello my name is Helen, I used to be on myspace but took some time out after my divorce, Fathers death, and a relationship break up.Old friends will remember me from my days of Street Team organising alongside Tony Video (http://www.myspace.com/tonyvideo ) setting up street teams for UK and overseas Black and Death Metal bands and from the many gigs I went.The look may be toned down a lot and my long hair is now short but the music tastes are the same. I run a Street Team for the Diesel Cowboys UK)with my Sister Olwen (Feeorin on myspace)also for Thus Defiled(UK) Handful of Hate(Italy)Frostmoon Eclipse(Italy),Obscure Devotion(Italy)Belphegor (Austria)Operation Winter Mist(Canada)etc.I am also in the Amen Street Team..So all Amen fans check out their page for signing up.http://www.myspace.com/amenstreetteam I am also in the Dryll Street Team so anyone wanting to sign up there go to the Dryll page,aswell as helping out other teams. I am also involved with Wake Up... Wake UP help us all to prevent child violence and sexual abuse, as the children need all the help they can get. I recently moved back to Northumberland again from Stoke On Trent.Thanks to my ex partner Kitt who introduced me to the world of bikes..I now love going out on a bike and hope to do my CBT this year sometime and eventually get my own bike..I love the feeling of freedom you get when you are out and the countryside is just so much different on a bike.I now love going camping and look forwards to making friends with people in my area with bikes..I also want to learn fishing, any kind of fishing will be nice as I have always fancied giving it a go.I have at last getten around to doing something about having an awful tattoo covered up and getting a few more aswell..thanks to Pete at Evil Needle in Alnwick.I will get around to learning to drive a car and play the guitar and learn Italian...and anyone who said life goes downhill when you are in your forties can think again..because life has never been better for me.Your never too old to learn something new. My dream is to have a bike that will have the best paint job ever seen...my Frankie Laine theme, so one day you may see me riding Frankie on a road near you.I am just about to start my line dancing classes as I love the music and have always fancied having a go
I am also a big supporter of Breast Cancer, after a scare myself a few years back, before I came back up North I was in the process of starting up a charity bike club with the full backing of Breast Cancer Campaign and Breast Cancer Care...it's on hold at the moment...and thanks so much for all the people who have encouraged me to do this and for those who have offered to support me and wear my badges.I didn't realise how much work went into all the organisation and so many people I have to thank for their advice and for all the people I have spoken with and some sadly no longer here who have been affected by Breast Cancer...not only the sufferers but the families and friends too.
Thank you also to the lovely friends who have given me links on myspace full of bike pictures and bikers...these have been wonderful to check out and I have met some lovely people since being back on myspace.

PLEASE NOTE.. I have many friends who are bikers, I choose my friends for who they are not what bike group they belong...so I would much appreciate it if others will respect this and not send me messages regarding friends who may be in a rival group. Thanks
I also want to thank all the band members who have contacted me to check out their bands, I have had so many requests that I am slowly getting around to checking them out.If you write me a message(like some rude ones I have had) that tells me I have to check you's out and fill it with a load of bad language and abuse then expect me not to bother as good manners cost nothing and all the lovely ones I have had then I am gladly checking out. I hope anyone browsing my page will stay awhile and check out some of the bands I have added as like me you may discover someone new to you.

My Interests

Street Team organising, dancing, cooking, sewing, parchment craft, listening to music, gigs, reading, camping,bikes, bike rallies,Line dancing, Breast Cancer Campaigning, having a few drinks with friends and loving the taste of Jack Daniel's and Southern Comfort and learning more about bikes, meeting bikers and non bikers too and just having fun and enjoying life.

Music:

I like a wide range of music from Heavy Metal, Black & Death Metal, Punk, Rockabilly, Psychobilly,Rock N' Roll,Country,Big Band music.I love checking out new bands out all the time. Some of my favourite bands are: Frankie Laine..my ultimate favourite singer and entertainer since I first heard him singing Champion the Wonderhorse when I was a little girl and still love to listen to him today and one person I would love to have seen live. Other bands are Thus Defiled,Dryll,Amen,Zakk Wylde & Black Label Society, Black Sabbath, John Fogerty and Creedence Clearwater Revival, Iron Maiden,Ian Gillan,Nazareth, Saxon,Led Zep,Judas Priest,AC/DC, Venom,Motorhead, Handful of Hate,Brian Setzer, Stray Cats,Mortiis,Nina Simone, Ministry, Sisters of Mercy, Danzig, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, Johnny Cash, Lucinda Williams, Type O Negative, Simple Minds, Whitesnake, and many more.

Movies:

I like loads of different films,some of my favourite films are High Noon,The Blues Brothers,Leon,All Star Trek Films,Star Wars Films,Lord of The Rings Trilogy,Hellraisers,lots of westerns,black and white movies,anything with Bruce Willis,Sylvester Stallone,Gary Oldman and tons more.

Television:

CSI:Crime Scene Investigation, CSI:NY, CSI:Miami and Horatio Caine has to be the coolest man on tv.The Simpsons, Stargate SG1, American Chopper, All Star Treks..Voyager, DS9, Scrubs, Home Improvement, 8 Simple Rules.Other bike programnes so that I can learn more.

Raymond E Feist, David Gemmell, David Eddings, R.A. Salvatore, Michael Scott Rohan,James Herbert and Stephen King.Welcome to my fantasy world.

Heroes:

Lots of heroes in my life, some are just characters in my books and films but most are the many musicians who have brought so much pleasure into my life with their music...so much power in a song that can lift your mood on a bad day or just to chill out and so they are all heroes to me in some way..Frankie Laine of course, and Zakk Wylde for showing me the road back home when I was too numb to cry,Nazareth who can take me from a right Miss Misery to Sunshine in minutes and for as long as I can see the light then John Fogerty can put a spell on me,Blackie Lawless for making me want to be a Wild Child and stay Black Forever..ah and the lovely Ian Gillan who when I play him loud in my house we are distubing the priest for sure...and just so many more. My Brother for what he does and has done. My Dad Brian who after years of battling cancer gave up the fight in November 2005,he did so much for others and still remained cheerful until the end.
