I am married to my high school sweetheart and have 2 amazing kids. I am PASSIONATE about fitness and am a nationally certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I teach Turbo Kick tm (kickboxing w/ an edge), weights and various other formats. Some of my speciality certifications include cycle, step, weight training, kickbox and club box (bags and mitts), Turbo-Kick tm and Pi-Yo tm. In addition, I own POWER Fit Personal Training and Services and run a women's boot camp business. My desire is to inspire and encourage indivduals to get FIT and that anything can be accomplished through hard work and DISCIPLINE! I would love for you to come to one of my classes or join my boot camp! I have the BEST job in the world and LOVE what I do! "POWER Fit - You have the POWER to change your life!"

Anything active...playing sports, skiing, hiking, working out, teaching Turbo Kick and Boot Camp, shopping(shoes...lots of shoes), laughing and hanging out with friends and family

Catch and Release, The Holiday, 13 Going on 30, Hitch, Music and Lyrics, Remember the Titans, Radio (love sports movies...can you hear the Rocky soundtrack playin?) Action movies, Bourne Identity...don't get to the movies that often.

Television:

Survivor, American Idol, Biggest Loser, So You Think You Can Dance?, 24, CSI NY, Numbers and DALLAS COWBOYS Football, although I'll watch just about ANY football game!

Books:

Bible, Fitness books and magazines (does that count as a book?) and supense novels. However, I rarely get to read. Who has time? I'm too busy living life!

Heroes:

I owe my life to Jesus Christ...He is the UTLIMATE hero!
