TURBO AND PIYO LOVER!! Grew up outside of Utica, NY in a small town Sauquoit. I lived in the Valley- so yes- I was a Valley Girl! Attended Upstate Medical College in Syracuse NY for Radiology. Worked at University Hospital, then branched off into the business side of Radiology. Worked with 2 different companies in digital xray equipment. (Infimed and Lodox). Started my fitness teaching career in 1991 teaching at the college gym - to one girl- 2x a week- a step class. yea- I don't think I was very good. HAHA!Moved to Buffalo NY for a couple years- wish I didn't make that mistake- BUT met my now Husband John and moved to Rochester in 2002.
