Hi!I grew up the last of five children in Wichita Falls, Texas,.....a great place to be "FROM". I moved to Arlington, Texas after college, where I have been ever since. I teach group exercise classes, present TURBO KICK PiYo, Hip Hop Hustle, All Star Instructor trainings, I'm a BEACHBODY COACH, and play with my awesome son and husband...yes I said husband.
