Kreutzfeldt è la personificazione del chirurgo asettico e maniaco durante gli esperimenti pubblici, Jacob ne è braccio instabile e psicopatico incamiciato a forza.
I temi, malati e oscuri, sono il frutto di ipocondrie e disturbi bipolari in fase terminale.
Il quadro elettronico, viceversa, unisce in linee minimali latitudini mediterranee e ritmi marziali.
