About Me

End of the 90..s, it appears in the city of Granada (Spain) an electronic project wich orientation goes from the most classic techno pop to a more industrial sound, called Internia, leaded by the composser and programmer Jose Carlos Cruz with his brother Cesar as the singer. Internia produces its own material as well as some covers from the bands that inspire its sound, like Depeche Mode, Front 242 or Information Society. They played some gigs in the year 2001 in places like Sala Planta Baja (Granada) with a considerable success.
Without more apparitions on stage since then, Cesar Cruz, voice of Internia, decided 3 years ago to start working on his own project, Mekanik Disorder, as the plattform where showing his deppest personal feelings and visions of reality through a synth sound definitely oriented to the Old School of 80..s european Electro & EBM, with its unmistakable agressive touch, hard-influenced by bands such as Front 242, Nitzer Ebb, Portion Control, Klinik, Neon Judgement.. as well as a minimalistic and punk spirit, if you like.
Mekanik Disorder writes lyrics and sing in 3 languages (mainly in english, but also in german and spanish) and it has got a first Demo with 5 songs, while currently working on the second one that will be released very soon. It..s important to know that the essence of this project it..s to show it live, where Cesar has got the help of Fran Rubiño ..boards and samplers. Both they have played in some places around Granada and South-East Spain area, with a very good people..s reaction.
